We live such busy lives these days, that finding the time to look after your own well-being has almost become an impossible task to squeeze in. At GO30, our unique 30 minute workouts mean that you can fit in the time that you need, and get great results too.

Our all-female team provide a close level of attention, not often seen in a gym for women.

 Our air-resistance circuit makes 30 minutes of exercise fun and easy, and it allows members aged from anywhere between 14 – 90+ to at last enjoy the benefits of exercise in no time at all, getting results at the same time.  We have a fantastic range of equipment including treadmills, cross trainers and bikes plus a great variety of Group Exercise classes in our dedicated air conditioned, sprung floor studio, such at Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and Boxercise which are all included within your *membership.
