Go Balance is a blend of Pilates & Yoga.  This class will challenge you physically and relax you mentally, creating a stronger, leaner, flexible and balanced body. It helps energy levels and increases the ability to cope with the stress of everyday life.  Bending & stretching through a range of safe & controlled moves whilst focusing on breathing control is all part of this well rounded holistic workout.  Just getting started?  Have no fear, our instructor will show you appropriate options to gently easy you in.
