Go Circuit

Circuit classes are a form of toning and resistance training, combined with high intensity aerobic exercise. It’s a full body workout in the form of exercise stations for a period of 30 second to 2 minutes on each station.  Circuits are great as you can go at your own pace.

Go Box

Go LBT
